Since January 1, 2021, all commercial vehicles and vehicle combinations over 3.5 t permissible total weight in France must be marked with special "Angles Morts" (Blind Spot) stickers. The warning notices are intended to alert other road users – especially cyclists and pedestrians – to dangerous blind spots.
Failure to display these markings can result in heavy fines.
Who is affected?

At least 3 stickers per vehicle/vehicle combination are mandatory:
- 1x on the far right at the rear
- 1x on the right side of the vehicle

- Mounting height: between 0.90 m and 1.50 m above the ground
- No placement on glass surfaces, lighting or license plates allowed
